The Neo Team is aware of an issue with Zoetis Point-of-Care, Zoetis Reference Labs, and Ellie Diagnostics that is causing orders to intermittently fail. We are actively working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Until the issue is resolved, to ensure all diagnostic orders are successful and avoid duplicate orders, we recommend you place orders directly with the applicable lab.
You will be able to reconcile results from the Diagnostics Orders and Results page when they are available in Neo.
Reminder: You can add the diagnostic product to the consultation for billing purposes and then close the consultation without waiting for the result to be ready for reconciling.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue affecting Online Payments within Cornerstone, where attempts to create new payment requests may fail. This results in errors when sending email or SMS payment links to clients.
Our team has identified a problem with the backend service responsible for processing these requests. The service is experiencing startup failures due to an issue pulling a required container image, which is preventing healthy instances from running.
Payment processing through card terminals and existing Card on File functionality remains unaffected.
We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

On 11/18/25, DataPoint implemented security updates. These changes resulted in errors when specific fields were omitted from requests. The security update has since been reverted.
