Investigating -
We are aware of and currently investigating an issue where the Vello inbox icon is not displaying for Neo and ezyVet two-way texting users. There is no impact to the Client Communications feature -- inbound/outbound texting are functioning as expected.
While we work to resolve the issue, you can access your Client Communications inbox via the following options:
* Icons on the calendar page in PIMS, open the Unconfirmed Appointments page and navigate to Client Communications on the left
* From client/patient records, use the send SMS options to open the Client Communications inbox
