We have completed a full analysis of potential affected customers and have confirmed that all of them have had the fix applied. The team has set up a new monitor to be alerted if any additional issues arise, and will continue to actively monitor for at least the next 24 hours.

Identified

The VetConnect PLUS Ordering team is continuing to investigate PIMS Integrations other than ezyVet and Neo which may be affected by this Reference Lab Ordering issue. Fixes have been applied to affected NaVetor and VetSpire practices, and will be applied to any other affected PIMS Integrations as investigation progresses.

A fix for this issue has been rolled out to all affected ezyVet and Neo customers, and monitoring will continue for the next 24 hours to ensure that full functionality is restored.
