VetConnect PLUS Ordering Maintenance (Germany, Poland, US, Canada East, Australia, Japan, and South Korea)

The VC+ Ordering and PIMS Integrations team will performing maintenance in Germany, Poland, United States, Canada East, Australia, Japan, and South Korea regions on Thursday July 30th at 10:00 PM EST.

For a 10-minute window during the maintenance, we expect the following impacts to all customers:

- Customers with an open order from before the maintenance which has not been placed will need to refresh the Ordering module to complete their order
- There will be a delay in order processing for real-time orders such as in-house diagnostic testing
- While editing orders, test codes already in the order will not be able to be removed
- Attempting to cancel an order may result in an error
