Monitoring
Started seeing connection timeouts to the SmartService endpoint at around 4:00 PM EST
Messages have been building for about 30 minutes, up to 3,500 messages, with a 5-10 minute delay on requests.
at 4:35 messages have begun to processing again after sending an email to SmartService prod support.
Monitoring until messages fully clear, will follow up with SmartService on RCA
