The VC+ Ordering and PIMS Integrations team will be performing a capacity increase for DXD tonight, Tuesday August 11th at 8:00 PM EST, during which orders will be unable to be placed for a period of 1-5 minutes.

Proactive monitoring across VetConnect PLUS teams has indicated performance issues with DXD today, causing infrequent impacts to customer experience (orders failing to be placed and the in-process column failing to load intermittently for a small minority of customers). The capacity increase for DXD is to resolve the root cause of these issues.
