The VC+ Ordering and PIMS Integrations team will performing maintenance in Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, UK, The Netherlands, Spain, and Global regions on Wednesday July 29th at 10:00 PM EST.
For a 10-minute window during the maintenance, we expect the following customer impacts, limited to customers in the regions above as well as Canada West, Austria, and South Africa:
- Customers with an open order from before the maintenance which has not been placed will need to refresh the Ordering module to complete their order - There will be a delay in order processing for real-time orders such as in-house diagnostic testing - While editing orders, test codes already in the order will not be able to be removed - Attempting to cancel an order may result in an error
