On Sunday, 30 March, we are scheduling critical database maintenance between 1 - 2 am EDT which will allow us to develop new features that many customers are asking for. There will be periods of five to ten minutes of scheduled downtime between that time.

As we are unable to advise the exact downtime for all customers during this period, we recommend logging out of ezyVet until the end of the release/maintenance window.

Once clinic staff have successfully logged back in, no further action should be required. This maintenance is scheduled outside of core business hours to reduce any possible disruption and impact on our customers.

These changes are part of a much larger program of improvements that will enable new and improved workflows backed by enhanced system stability and performance.
